Headline: Recall: SEGMART 55" Indoor/Outdoor Mini Round Toddler Trampoline with Hammock, Punching Bag, Hand Ring & Basketball Board Accessories Kit

 

If you own a SEGMART 55" Indoor/Outdoor Mini Round Toddler Trampoline (models SOSTT051BR, SOSTT051CR, SOSTT051YP) sold from December 2025 to February 2026, that came with a hammock, punching bag, hand ring and basketball board, please read this notice.

 

Hazard: Young children can become entangled in the straps of the accessories, posing a strangulation hazard.

 

Remedy: We are offering a $30 partial refund after you destroy the accessories. The trampoline itself can continue to be used safely under adult supervision.

 

How to claim your refund:

 

1. Contact segmartservice@outlook.com to confirm whether your product is included in the recall.

 

2. Use scissors to cut the straps of the hammock, punching bag hanging strap, hand ring straps, and basketball board. Cut each strap into at least two separate pieces.

 

3. Take a photo of the cut accessories with your handwritten name on a piece of paper.

 

4. Email the photo to segmartservice@outlook.com. In the email, please include:

· Your full name

· Your order number (if available)

· Your choice of refund: PayPal or TikTok Shop (provide the email/username for that account)

 

5. You will receive $30 via PayPal or TikTok Shop within 10 business days after verification.

Q: Which products are affected?

A: Only SEGMART 55" trampolines (models SOSTT051BR, SOSTT051CR, SOSTT051YP) that included hammock, punching bag, hand ring, and basketball board accessories and were sold between December 2025 and February 2026 are included in the recall.

 

Q: Do I need to return the accessories?

A: No. Use scissors to cut the straps of the hammock, punching bag hanging strap, hand ring straps, and basketball board. Cut each strap into at least two separate pieces. Email us a photo.

 

Q: How much is the refund?
