At Segmart, we stand behind the quality of our ride-on cars. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be unopened

The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and parts included

Proof of purchase (order number) is required
After we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns in the following situations:

Products that have been used, assembled, or operated

Products that show damage caused during use

Products with opened, missing, or damaged packaging

Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, or accidents

Products returned after 14 days from the delivery date
3. Return Shipping Costs

Due to the large size and high shipping cost of ride-on cars, customers are responsible for return shipping fees
- If the return is due to the product you received being damaged, we will cover the shipping costs, and you will not be responsible for any fees.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Damaged or Defective Items (Upon Arrival)
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
